Wet Dry Electric Shaver Review -
Recommendations from Panasonic and Norelco
If you're looking for the best wet dry electric shaver, you will want to go with a Norelco, or Panasonic wet shaver.
As a general statement, these are what the main electric shaver brands are known for: Remington closeness, Braun comfort, Norelco high tech, and Panasonic
wet - dry capabilities.
Obviously these differ between specific products and many overlap, but Panasonic have always be the main wet dry electric shaver brand.
The reason I'm also discussing a Philips Norelco shaver here is that for one it's a great wet shaver, and two I want to give the rotary shaver users a good
option as well. Don't worry I'm looking out for you rotary guys too!
Panasonic Wet Dry Electric Shaver
Panasonic ES LA93 K
One of the reasons why the Panasonic ESLA 93 K is a good wet shaver lies within its shaving head design.
The surface of the blades and foil is quite large, and removing and cleaning the foil cap and shaving head is super easy.
When you're shaving over the sink with shaving cream it can get a little messy. Sometimes it can be hard to see what areas of your face you've shaved because
of the shaving cream. It isn't as delicate as a wet shave with a razor blade. This is why a larger foil is a bit better in my opinion.
Also, because the shaving foil can be removed very easily it makes rinsing and cleaning the shaver manually much easier. You will need to rinse often while
doing a wet shave and this Panasonic shaver seems to make the process pretty easy.

Philips Norelco Wet Dry Electric Shaver

Some of the new shavers on the market can be used wet with shaving cream.
Panasonic seems to have started the trend and now the new Philips Norelco shavers have adopted this feature.
So the SensoTouch shavers are the recommended rotary wet shavers. If you have always used a rotary shaver in the past and now you want a wet dry electric
shaver, these are the best options.
The whole foil vs rotary debate just comes down to personal preference. If you're new to shavers my recommendation that is based on my personal preference
would be to stick with the Panasonic foil option, however that's just me.
Based on consumer reports these SensoTouch shavers get really good reviews, and I actually enjoyed the wet shave option over the dry shave with this
particular shaver. Overall it's a highly recommended model.
