Panasonic razors continue to be some of the best selling shavers on the market, and they also get the best reviews. What's great about these shavers is that there's a wide selection of reliable models in many price ranges, and they all seem to get rated really well. You will find that value for money, these shavers are probably the best. End Side Bar... One more quick point: Almost all Panasonic shavers that come with a cleaning station will also have the "razor only" option. So 3 of the 4 shavers listed here also have a razor only option however that unit has its own product number, so it can get a bit confusing. Cleaning stations are not completely necessary with these shavers so you can sometimes save money by just buying the razor. The reason I say sometimes is because with certain shavers it's only 10, 20 or $30 more for the cleaning stations and therefore you're not really saving too much. Most Expensive Panasonic Razor Panasonic ES LV81 K Arc 5 Not only is this the most expensive shaver from Panasonic, but it's the most expensive shaver period. That being said, the price has dropped a lot since it first came out and compared to the other high end shavers, it isn't THAT much more. This shaver is the most advanced model on the market because it has 5 blades. Everything else about it is the same as the ES LA93 K which is the previous model, however no other razor has 5 blades. If you want the most advanced unit, this is it. Best Panasonic Electric Razors over 100 dollars Panasonic ES LA93 K The ES LA93 K is very similar to the Panasonic razor above, but it has 4 blades instead of 5. Because of the release of the new ES LV81 K, the price of the ES LA93 K has dropped a lot. That's one of the benefits to waiting until the shavers have been on the market for a little while. Their prices usually drop, and if other models are released, their prices drop even further. So this is a great deal at the moment, not to mention it shaves really well. Full review here. Panasonic ES 8249 S It's the same old story again... The ES 8249 S is very similar to the newer ES LA93 K directly above, however its motor isn't as powerful. This Panasonic electric shaver has 13,000 revolutions per minute of power, where the two shavers above have 14,000 rpm. Now that might not seem like a lot, but I did a Panasonic shaver comparison between the ES 8249 S and the ES LA93 K and found that extra power did produce a better shave. Sorry to spoil the comparison but it's true ;) As always, with more features, comes a bigger price tag, and that's why for the money the ES 8249 S is one of the best deals on the entire shaver market. For the average beard this shaver has enough power. For very thick beards go with the more advanced models. Full review here. Best Panasonic Shaver under 100 dollars Panasonic ES 8103 S If you've been paying attention so far, you can probably guess the specs on this Panasonic razor... If you said 3 blades and 13,000 revolutions per minute you're the big winner. So we're starting to see a pattern with these shavers. There's either more blades or more power, and to be honest at the end of the day these extra features do produce a better shave. But that doesn't mean that the 3 bladed ES 8103 isn't good enough for you. This shaver is still one of the best selling models and gets rated extremely well. One factor why there are so many positive reviews is because of the price. Value for money this is the best deal on the market. So if your beard isn't too thick and you don't want to spend over $100 on a shaver, get this model. Full review here.
